Respectful Behavior

Every player has the right to respectful behavior. Insults, discrimination, racism, and toxic behavior will not be tolerated.

Important: This applies both IC (In-Character) and OOC (Out-of-Character). Extreme toxic behavior may result in a permanent ban.

Metagaming

Using information that your character cannot know IC is strictly forbidden. This includes:

• Information from streams or Discord
• OOC communication during active RP situations
• Using player names instead of character names
• Information from other characters without an RP reason

Powergaming

Do not force RP situations without giving the other party a fair chance. Unrealistic actions or ignoring RP consequences are not allowed.

Examples: "/me pulls a gun and shoots immediately", "/me escapes handcuffs effortlessly"

Character Quality

Create a realistic and well-thought-out character with a plausible backstory. Your character should be played consistently.

A good character has strengths AND weaknesses, a realistic personality, and develops over time.

New Life Rule (NLR)

After death, you forget all memories from the last 15 minutes before your death. You may not return to the location of your death for 15 minutes.

Fear RP

Your character must react realistically to threats. If a weapon is pointed at you, you must show fear and cooperate. Life takes priority over property.

Random Deathmatch (RDM)

Injuring or killing players without a valid reason is strictly prohibited. Any violent action requires a valid RP reason.

RDM is heavily punished! Repeated RDM results in a permanent ban.

Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM)

Intentionally running players over without an RP reason is forbidden. Your vehicle must not be used as a weapon.

Initiating Combat

Before any shootout, a clear RP initiation must occur. Both parties must understand that an escalation may happen.

Realistic Driving

Drive realistically and follow traffic laws unless you have an RP reason not to. Extreme stunts and unrealistic driving are prohibited.

Crash RP

After a serious accident, you must roleplay your character’s injuries. Severe crashes require medical assistance.

Business Operation

As a business owner, you are required to actively run your business. At least 10 hours of open time per week are required.

With extended inactivity, the business may be confiscated and reassigned.

Fair Pricing

Prices must be realistic and fair. Extreme price manipulation or monopoly-building is monitored by the team and may be sanctioned.

Faction Duties

As a faction member, you represent your faction. Follow the internal rules and hierarchy of your faction.

Gang Territories

Territory wars must be announced. Civilians must not be dragged into gang conflicts without reason.

Money Transfer

Larger money transfers must be justified through RP. Transferring money between your own characters is forbidden.

Illegal Activities

Illegal activities must be roleplayed realistically. Excessive grinding or unrealistic behavior will be sanctioned.

Penalty Catalog

Rule violations are punished based on severity:

• Warnings: For minor offenses
• Kicks: For repeated offenses
• Temporary Bans (1–30 days): For medium offenses
• Permanent Bans: For severe or repeated offenses

The admin team reserves the right to make decisions based on context. Ban evasion results in a permanent ban of all accounts.
